Hi gang It has been a long time since I posted here, I have had a long year working on my 77 for custom, but I am down to the finish line, the paint is on and now the wet sanding and buffing is coming along the back half is done, once I finish the front half and re do the interior paint, I will start the seat upholstery and install the dash, I hope to have it running in three weeks, Till then see ya.
Morning everyone.
Just in time, sounds like you got one nice truck. I'd also like to see finished pics!
Robert, good chance they'll fix you up and take off some of the charges.
When I talked to HR at Rowan they still had the hand program, but I was to late (needed a aplication in a couple months ago). I just didn't think to ask where they would depart from at the time.
I'm thinking I'll go that route next summer.
Well Robert, that sucks, but at least it wasn't worse.
Got a question though. IF I were to do the summer hand program w/ Rowan, where would I have to drive too...not Tx huh?
They send you to which ever rig needs the hands. Some of them work in the yard. It's been a while sense I worked on a Rowan rig, but I remember the summer help used to get crapped on. lol. Unless you were part of the family or kin to one of the big shots.
I'm a good sized guy, so they could have fun trying to mess with me. I'd take a little cr_p, b/c I'd be the new guy, but **** me off and it won't be good.
I was curious as to where I'd have to drive for departure (I wouldn't want to drive to Houston, Tx just to fly to a rig in the Gulf).
Anyone know any other places with summer programs?
