2002 --> 2005 Headlight Harness schematic?

2002 --> 2005 Headlight Harness schematic?
Has anyone savvy enough with electrical put together a schematic for the 99-03 --> 2005+ headlight harnesses yet? I'd like to but my own relays and wire it all up. I'm sure someone opted to do this instead of paying $70 to Dfuser. Thanks in advance!

When you upgrade to 2005+ headlights you need to make/buy a new harness to take advanage of the higher wattage lights. I want to know if someone has MADE this harness as opposed to buying the $69 kit from Dfuser.

I don't know how much cheaper it would be to make up your own. There are a lot of control panel that I install, look at the inside and say I can do that, till I price out all of the materials and then factor in the labor. ends up being cheaper to buy the panel.

I have had the 2005 lights for a couple years now with no problems. I run the silverstar bulbs in them. All I did was cut the original pigtail off, and connect the pigtail for the 2005 bulbs to the wires I cut. Just make sure you get the wires in the correct orientation.

I bought the lights new from the dealer back in the middle of 05'. I cut the header panel, and mounted them in my 00' model. I recently picked up a late 99' f350, that as wrecked in the front and left side. I swapped them over to it, and put the complete 05' front end on it.
I ran the stock bulbs for a while, and then switched to the Silver Stars. Been good to go ever since.
