One of my rear brakes has locked up at low speed for the last two years, only in cold and damp weather. Don't notice it once spring is here. Since I've put new rear shoes and springs on, bled it, readjusted it, and made sure everything was moving smoothly, I'm thinking it's that equalizer thing back there. Has anyone replaced one of those? Would it cause an occasional lock-up at low speed? Is it worth the trouble?
