Spark Plug Picture
So decided to check a plug from my engine, appears to be burning well, don't know how many miles on this one, as it was put in before I got the vehicle.

Spark plug reading can be a little tough nowadays because todays gas burns so clean

The above photos are perfect jetting and timing. Notice the coloring on the porcelin which is jetting and the coloring on the side electrode which is timing.
You could use 1-2 more degrees timing and jet up 2 sizes
