An E4OD is an older version of the 4L100 . It will bolt right in but your computer is too far updated I think, so you will have to update the trans electrics. Your plugs should all plug in.
I may be talking out of turn, so maybe somebody else will chime in.
I have done the opposite converstion with no problems 4L100 into a 96 PSD and a 94 Turbo IDI.

No, they won't. The E4OD does not have speed sensors and the 4R100 computer needs those sensors to operate the trans. It will all bolt in, but it won't shift right.
