Update;
The car is fine, with not problems so far. I know, it's still early.
My brother in law is honest and I would not event think to ask him to do that.
The car should fill it's purpose. When and if it starts being trouble, I will replace it. We bought a car of this year and miles for a reason, it was cheap considering. If it last a long time, hey, I got lucky. If not, I will part with it honestly and not have any regrets.
