Pigeon Forge June 08
I'll be going to Pigeon Forge the 20th of June, will be at the Quality Inn, Dollywood Lane the 20th and 21st, will anyone else be at the Quality Inn? Thanks Garry------GOING TO BE A GOOD TIME,YA'LL COME-------------

Hey homade, were going. We'll be staying in a cabin real close to the show. As of now were not driving the truck? This "might" change, but not likely. I'd be glad to meet ya!! There was a thread about what we look like or something like that, that had pics of all us ugly mugs in it. That might help identify us.

Can anyone give me a rundown on that show? Is there a website? Is it at the Grand?
Vendors? Etc?
I have reservations for Knoxville, but, due to my sick daughter, I might not be able to go but could possibly catch the June event.

Yeah, Gman, the show is for F1's and F100's and there will be several vendors. It is at the Gatlinburg end of Pigeon Forge and looks like a great show. I've not been yet, but in the pics of Tacson it looks to be a good show. The thing I like about it is there's lots for the ladies to do and they're not stuck at the show with us. The show is at the Smokey Mountain convention center??? I think? Maybe someone else will chime in here and straighten me out

My wife and I are going to the show. I only attended one Supernationals (2003) at Pigeon Forge and loved watching the seen during the evening (vehichles cruising the strip). Once the show moved to Knoxville, the wife lost interest. We are both excited about this new adventure.

Here's the run down.
The Great Smoky Mountain F-100 Run. Held at Smoky Shadows Motel & Conference Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. The dates ar June 19, 20, & 21. Registration June 19 at 12:00PM untill 4:00PM. Registration before June 1 is $20.00 and $25.00 after that.
Cash giveaways, awards, dash plaques and goodie bags, door prizes, games for children and adults on Saturday, and
FREE HAMBURGERS AND HOTDOGS FRIDAY NIGHT TO ALL REGISTERED TRUCKERS AND FAMILIES.

Yep the event is Smokey Shadow Convention center. It is the next traffic light past the Dollywood turn off on left. Stayed at the Smokey Shadow hotel for the rod run. Decent place if you are looking for rooms there ask for the new building...cost more but it was better.
