There is a clip that holds it to crossmember back at the splitter(back where it goes into equalizer for rear cables-if I recall correctly) , then likely you'll have to drop the pedal assy down out to get it off the front. It's only a couple bolts, then pull cable assy out with pedal. There is a clip holding casing to pedal assy, then cable slip out of pedal assy. Then reverse procedure. Not difficult.
The rear ones will take removing the rear wheels and drums to get to cable on the brake shoe itself. Follow it up to where it attaches to front cable and unclip it. You'll like have to loosen adjuster on cable to get it all back together since new cables won't be all stretched out. A bit more involved then front cable.
