I very seriously doubt that your injectors can't supply the fuel your engine needs. What was your discovery this weekend that made you think you need bigger injectors?

Any idea how much power the engine is making? Have you checked for any codes stored in the computer? Is the fuel pressure up to spec?

If you are indeed making 350 horsepower, assuming a BSFC of 0.5, this calculator (Fuel Injector Calculator from WitchHunter Performance) gives a size of approximately 25 lb/hr. The most cost-effective way to increase the fuel flow capacity for your truck would be to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and increase the pressure slightly, since the difference between what you have now and what a cheesy online calculator says is quite small. I believe the next size up on Ford Bosch injectors is 30 lb/hr, which would likely be too much for the stock computer to adjust for.

You need a chip to lengthen the injector pulse width if you don't have MAF.

You can't just plug in larger injectors, the computer has to be reprogrammed for them. 27lb/hr squirters are what's required to supply 350hp reliably,(80% dutycycle or less), but the 24's can be stretched with a higher fuel pressure as Eric suggested. This is the best option right now since the computer in your truck is not programmable and would have to be changed.

I would ask the chip maker what injectors that they recommend to go with their tune.
