04 Explorer Relay Problem?
When I turn my 04 Explorer (4.0L, XLT, AWD) off - and even remove the key, the windows will continue to work and the radio will continue to play AFTER the doors have been opened, the key fob won't work in any manner, and the doors won't lock or unlock if you press the button on the door. I've also noticed the lights don't come on when in the automatic position, either. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any ideas. I've check what I would consider the obvious fuses, and even pulled a few relays. Finally, I disconnected the battery for about an hour.

Sounds like the door switch isnt telling the GEM that you've opened the door.
The switch is in the door latch area, try spraying it with WD-40 and open & close the door to work it in.
If you're lucky this will fix it.
