We have disc breaks in the rear I am pretty sire. The parking break is a drum if I remember correctly. I will go outside and check in a few minutes and see for sure.
i'm in the same boat as you Joe, on a budget and in need of brakes all the way around.
They go QUICK too. They started grinding yesterday around noon and ive driven maybe 30 miles and it sounds like they are down to the metal connectors Did you get that link on ebay? I think thats what im going to go with. The cheapest setup i came up with is from autozone - $45 for front and rear pads and $140 for front and rear rotors. Dont know how good those are, if its an extra $50 or so - id rather spend it. We do alot of towing for work and id rather pay for added safety (that would come outta my DP tuner and BTS fund _)
Jason's right. 4 wheel disc brakes with a tiny little drum in the center for the parking brake. You can replace the 4 sets of pads on the discs without messing with the parking brake.

they also come with warrenties from autozone, i think im going this way too. thanks for the info Joe!!
I went back with OEM rotors and pads because they lasted me 117,000 miles and still had lots of pad left on the original set. I also bought 1 fromt and 1 back set of slide pins. The cost was 800.00 for everything. I did them myself. And mine is a dually. They are working great.
