rat rod

i know a guy who is building a rat rod out of an early 80's ranger.it is a must see. when i get the pics i'll post them.

it has a v6.think it came out of a pinto. has the original 4 cyl rearend. it was a long wheel base but he chopped 10 inches off the frame and moved the cab back 20 inches cut the front end off, and tapered the cab inward on the front. He also covered the back window up and made a much smaller one. im not sure what he is gonna do for a bed yet. O yeah.... it also has a lincoln grill in it. hes gonna put lakepipes on it also(he is gonna make them out of driveshafts.) I promise it looks better than it sounds. I'll say one thing for it.......its different and im sure u will never see another one.

I don't know, the pinto V-6's weren't all that great, a lot better V-6's around to choose from, like the 2.8, 2.9, 3.0, 4.0 and the 3.8 from the T-bird. The super coupe has a super charged 3.8.
