When i was about 16 and had just got my license my dad let me take his 1996 powerstroke diesal dually to go hunting. well long story short i get out to my stand and 30 minutes after im out i fill my tag. So i get the brilliant idea to take his truck down the trails the farmer drives his tractor on. To save me from dragging the dear all the wya back to the truck. I get goin and the trail was a little muddy but not to bad. I just figured hed ask me to wash his truck when i got back. Well there was a puddle that seemed to be just your normal little puddle. Not thinking through it and being young i throttle it next thing i know the truck is buried to the frame. After trying to unstuck it and making it worse and walk back to my house wich was approx 3 miles in soaked boots and socks. When i walk in my dads asleep so i figure why not call my buddy to try adn get it out. Well he brings his dads dodge and backs it up a little to close and drops the back tires into the sink hole with his front tires in the slippery mud. So then we now had 2 trucks stuck and neither of them belonged to us and we had to walk back to my house again. Then came the explaining and our dads wondering how we could be so dumb. We decided to try and get them out in the day. So the next day we go out with my dad and his friends and no truck could pull them out. we had to get a damn tractor and then we spent hours washing the trucks. The things you learn when your young
ive got a story kinda like that, cept my dad was with me and he got us stuck haha! We were huntin up in SC in allendale and this was our first year in this club and we were real familar with the property but we were riding around the edge of a soybean field and we thought the road went all the way around, well it turns out the road just kinda stops and turns into just the field, well we were at the point of no return and cudnt just back out and we wanted to keep moving so we kept going thinkin we could maybe just get aorund the field, well it had ranined for about a week and that nice fertile soil was very sloppy, anyways got burried up to frame, we of course only had 31 in Bridgestone Dueler A/Ts haha, anyways we took a vote and i was elected to walk the 5 miles back to the farmers house (dont ya just love how that always works out haha) well he got his massey furgeson tractor and we rode out there and after a few tries he got us out, he was really cool about it wasnt mad about the field or anything couldnt stop laughin at me cause i was caked in mud up to about my chest, yes at one point walking across the field it got very deep haha, funny to look back on it now, this was in the 97 F150 that was then my dads but now mine

nice truck, I like that truck that's pulling you alot too.
Here are some pics from the last stuck...
Nobody wanted to go in, so I went first to try it out
Went in drove around and came out with no problems
Buddy in his 01 F250 8'' lift 38 toyo MTs went in next, drove around and had problems getting out
So I gave him a tug to get his front tires out
He still couldnt get out...
SO he went to the other bank to try...
Well he went a lil deeper than expected and totally sunk...
SO I had to go around and pull him out...
A nice hard tug and he was out
Found the vid...
Fogot to mention we snapped a "tow" strap the first time, since no one would listen to me and let me use my "recovery" strap
Well I got him out with the recovery strap no problem YouTube - SAO 01 F250 Mudding, Snake Lake, Stuck
Not sure if it was his weight or tires or both that made the difference...?
