Changing Plugs on '97 F-150

I just bought a set of sparkplugs for my "97 F-150, I was only able to get (2) installed. Can anyone tell me an easy way to go about changing my plugs, besides sending it to the shop?

Is it a v6, or v8? One easy way is to follow like a haynes manual they usually give some good tips.

Ford used 2 types of ignition system. 1 is a coil on plug system, the other uses 2 coil packs & conventional spark plug wires. What system does your truck have?
