I have no horn on my 2000 Explorer.
I have traced the problem back to no power between horn fuse and one side of the horn relay in the power distribution box. I am thinking I have a bad wire or connection in the distribution box. Fuse is good. Has anyone pulled the side cover off the power distribution box? Does the side cover pull up or do you have to unbolt the whole box and pull the bottom cover off?
Thanks.
