I'm double checking some vacuum components that I let off of my engine after a rebuild...
Does anyone know what the abbreviation is for the air diverter valve? I have two possibiliites - ACV and AIR BPV. I'm figuring that one of these is the diverter valve (which I have removed - dropped in longtube headers, no more cats).
BPV By-pass valve Should be the diverter valve. It should show 1 input hose and 2 output hoses if looking at the vacuum diagram under the hood. It should divert from the back of the heads and to the exhaust system.
