Ouch that is a tall order. As far as I know there hasn't been a site to sell the brackets required to bolt the correct parts on. I am sure you can find more info if we knew what front alxe you have and we'll go from there. Have you checked with Currie though?
There are no kits or a scrounge it your self parts list for the F100 with a closed knuckle drum brake 44. Common cure is to replace the front 44 with a later unit that all ready has discs. Up to 79 is basically the same.
Hmm... I am not sure since I haven't installed one. If anything call them with your specific information and see what they have to say. Ask everything you can think of to include return policies if the kit doesn't work for your truck. What is the worst they can say?

There are Kits for F250 44s with closed knuckles.

My 66 100 has open knuckles on the front end. I agree about finfing a replacement front axle with the discs on it.
I think you buy a remain axle from Currie for a tad more then that. Well maybe it is better to call them LOL Currie Enterprises Racing Rear End Categories I didn't think you could make a 9" front axle though...
