I would doubt the header will bolt on. One of the differences between the 2.3L and the 2.5L is the head, and since the headers bolt to the head, they would probably not fit without modifications at least.

I have never seen a header for the 2.5, the only ones that exsist are for the 2.3 as far as I know. However I hadn't heard that the head has changed, I'm understanding is that the 2.5 is just a stroked 2.3 or however they went about getting the larger displacement, a whole 2 liters. If they were going to change the head, you would think that the new one would flow better than the old one, but that doesn't seem to be the case according to the lima boy's who actually race the lima engines. It's not that the head doesn't flow, it just has limited performance with the stock head compared to a ported one. Actually ford racing offered a performane version of the lima head, I haven't purchased a new catalog in a couple of years, so don't know if they still do or not.
