Which side is doing it?
Same side always?
What shape ar the C clips in when you remove them from the outer axle shafts?
I had loads of problems when I had a 44 under mine, break axles, lockouts and axle U joints while plowing snow.
The 50 should be heavy enough to handle 35's I would think.
Are the axle splines worn any?
What I was thinking when I asked about the C clips was the axle was moving in and out as the suspension flexed while you were torquing on the axle climbing out of the mud hole.
I have a neighbor that is out of town right now, but I will ask him when he gets back.
Here is his mud truck.
And a friend of his runs this one.
The top one is on 53" tires, the 86 is on 44" tires.
They quit building trucks on anything but Rockwells now though.
