2000 f350 locking hub issue

Hi I have a 2000 f350 7.4l diesel 4x4. I have replaced the factory hubs with warn manual hubs when I first did thi had no issues about 6 months after the passenger side hub keeps locking on its own. Bought a new set of hubs when I changed them out I noticed the warm hubs that were in there the back locking ring on the hub was off causing the center to just slop around. I put the new hubs in and right away I had the same problem the hub locks and unlocks randomly by its self any one have any ideas?
