Should i replace it?
I've got an 82 f-150, 302, aod trans, The engine overheated and blew the oil dipstick out of the oilpan, and it ran low of oil, now it won't start, has gas all over the top of the carb. what is ya'lls suggestion? i'm about ready to can it and get another engine. Thanks in advance.

i've got a 5.0 lincoln engine, ready to be yanked, i'm gonna carb it prolly a 4bbl and a c6, i'm also thinking of adding some headers and all that stuff when i can get to it. its only 2wd, i might add a solid axle front and some lift..and make me a 4x4. i don't know.
