Here in Michigan, the city of Romulus is currently using some Hemi Chargers and Magnums. I've seen one of each, they're black and even the police dept. logo is black on the side of the vehicles. If one of them weren't next to me, I'd have never known it was a cop car. There were no lights on the roof either. Very deceptive.
