More Help

I still have not pulled the motor back out and now i have a puddle of transmission fluid under the trany. Here is the link to the original problem.

Did i mess up my torque converter?

You shouldn't have, unless you punchered it somehow? The only thing would be the seal in the front of the pump(that convertor slips into), might be damaged?

Can you spin the torque convertor now? It should be basically loose under there with no bolts in it. Usually with it pushed all the way into tranny, it should be maybe 1/4" away from flexplate.

Is it leaking around the dipstick tube?
