Question Thrown Rod!

this thing i found in belize has a thrown rod. it says HOLT pn the radiator bracket. any ideas? interestingly, it has an exposed crank, rods, individual cylinder jugs, exposed valves, and exposed cam.

odd indeed, everything is probably exposed so that it can be oiled, probably no oil pan or pump, just squirt oil on everything before starting

Come on you guys, don't you recognize that? That was General Sherman's street rod when he was a teenager living in San Diego. It was stolen and never recovered until now!.

Has tracks a flywheel? an open engine but what is on the front?

why that big wheel on back??? a belizian said maybe something they used years ago to harvest sugar cane? idk.
