292 torque specs and pattern needed

I am trying to put a 292 y block back together in a 64 f-100. I am hoping someone can tell me the torque pattern and specs on the heads and manifolds.

heads 75.pattern is same as any v8.cant help with manifolds since i go by feel.

Manifolds are 28 lbs.
