The values listed below are the spec's I used in reassembling my 68 (289-302) 8 years ago. Make sure to research the spec's meet your application!!
Timing Gear Cover: 12-15 ft.#'s
Oil Pump to Cyl: 12-15 ft.#'s
Pressure Plate to Flywheel: 25 ft.#'s
Damper to Crankshaft: 70-90 ft #'s
Flywheel to Crankshaft: 75-85 ft.#'s
Valve Covers: 3-5 ft.#'s
Pressure Plate to Flywheel: 20-25 ft.#'
Intake Manifold: 20-22 ft.#'s
Exhaust Manifold: 15-20 ft.#'s
Clutch Housing to Block: 40-50 ft.#'s
Clutch Housing to Trans: 35-40 ft.#'s
