Radius Bushing help needed

Radius Bushing help needed
1996 F150 4X4 4.9 radius bushings are flat and need to be replaced.
Should I drill out the rivets in the hanger brackets??
Or should I pull the front axle forward with a wench??
Which is the best way to go??
Is there anything else that will make it dart from side to side??

i think its easier to break out the rivets. replace them with grade 8 bolts.

x2 dagray3, but you can use a come-a-long also to pull the front end forward, the darting could also be other front end bushings, or tie rod ends
