problems with holley

I have a holley 600 vac. sec. it runs fine just have problems when i drive slow or barely touch the gas pedal. What it does is sputter or kind of feels like it wants to turn off fuel level is fine also when I turn it kind of sounds like it wants to turn off. When I step on it good it works fine but if I let off the gas it sputters its on a 302.

Check to see if the accelerator pump is squirting as soon as you start to open the throttle.
Also check the float levels. They should be just below the sight holes in the bowls.
