I still say buy a commuter car and keep the truck you nutzo I wouldn't have it any other way- I paid $250 for my beater but it gets the job done.

I personally would stay with the psd but the non-turbo 7.3 and 6.9 are good motors I hear. If you do alot of hauling/towing the psd will be best but just for hauling 5 sweaty guys around and some tools any of them will do fine.
