What year is it?
That number guy will chime in around here not sure if all the 73's had 4 screws on the tail lights the lense was seperate from the backing also,
Around 77 the mirrors changed the cargo light changed the S.S. trim around the windshield and back glass changed to a chrome look plastic zipper 78' the lariat showed up 76' last year FE motor 77' race track moulding 75' the 150 showed up 74' super cab 78' full sized bronco Im not always right but this should get you in the ballpark do your on reserch on your vehicle lot of years have past since your truck was born unless your the original owner just about every part will unbolt and fit others. When I said the mirrors changed they mount in the same holes the early were like a pipe with the mirror clamped to the pipe and the later being a flat aluminum loop with the mirror head bolted to the loop they both swing lock the later you could see better on the pass. side. The zipper in the window molding was like a mid year change in 77'
The exact same taillamp was used on 1975/91 Econolines, the only difference...Econolines had a rubber gasket around the lamp, to keep water from entering the interior.
Later on in the late 1970's, Ford replaced the truck lamp (D4TZ-13404-A right / D4TZ-13405-A left ) with the Econoline lamp (D5UZ-13404-A right / D5UZ-13405-A left)....we just removed the gasket when we sold one.
There are 15 different styles of outside mirrors used 1973/79 = 15!
Only one was 1975 and later, the large low mount camper mirror.
Mirrors were not installed at the factory, they were all dealer installed, every last one of them.
The trucks came with one standard equipment outside L/H mirror - similar to the passenger car mirror (all the other o/s mirrors were optional except on S/CS's). The passenger type was in a box, inside the cab when the truck rolled off the car hauler into the dealership.
Why didn't Ford install the mirror(s)?
Several reasons.
1) They could get damaged during shipping, but the real reason was...
2) If Ford installed the mirrors and the customer wanted something else (which they usually did), the mirror holes would have to be filled in and the door(s) repainted.
There's no specific outside mirror. Since they were all dealer installed, the customer would pick out the style he/she wanted, and onto the truck they would go.
btw: That plastic "chrome" trim around the back window was used thru 1996 and is still avaliable from Ford.

Commonly known as a Windshield Rubber Lock Strip.
this part holds the windshield in tightly to the W/S frame
Thus the naming of the tool to remove it called:a "Lock Strip" removal tool.
IIRC , they came in Chrome and Black
I have the chrome ones,5 of them on the truck
One on Cab & 4 on canopy
