what kind are the best and where should i buy them

Autometer, Isspro, and Dipricol are the most preferred brands. I think about the best deal going is the kit from Diesel Manor with Isspros- comes complete with all the wiring and connectors you need, plus great instructions and after-hours help if you should need it.

i f u want a great deal for good gauges, check out glowshift direct.com. i got my boost, pyro and oil temp gauge with triple pillar pod for under 200 bux. they all work great and look good too. i got pics of them. in my sig click the link.

The glowshifts have had a lot of bad reviews on these forums, I would rather spend my $ on something I know is quality. I hope they work out good for you, but I went with the Diesel Manor kit myself.

I've also heard some bad rap on the glowshifts. A lot of people on here havee isso's or autometers.

Autometer's for me. Like the styling and never had a problem.

Dipricol optix look factory and are very easy to see at night. I also have autometers in my 97 but the lighting around the dial looks cheap compared to the optix through the dial. I got the dipricols from itp for $350 and they include the paint.
