It Runs !!!!!!

Fired up the truck this afternoon and it runs just fine with no cloud of blue smoke and no ticking or knocking sounds. Everythings looks good, just one small gas leak.

So this is what I did to the motor.
1)Switched oil pans and rear seal
2)New clutch, presure plate and throwout bearing.
3)Switched valve covers
4)Switched and modified aircleaner so I could get rid of the oil bath.
5)Swtiched dipsticks to get of the long ugly van dipstick
6)Checked valves
7)Had to switch intake/exhaust manifold
8)New rotor, cap, wires and plugs
9)Carb kit and move gas line to carb.
10)Got rid of alot of pollution stuff.
11)Flushed rad, adjusted clutch.
12)Took off fuel tank and cleaned it out because it was full of rust.
13)Did a ton of cleaning stuff because the old motor was spitting oil all over the place and the new motor was caked in oil and dirt. I didn't have access to a presure washer but when I do it won't take much to get it good and clean.
Iam sure I missed something but that is the majority things I did.

I'm bored did a quick run down of the years we collectively have (in running or current project condition)sorry if some are abit of and/or missing. Some are from members who may be pulling away from FTE like the 61 that 61Canuck has.

Thanks for the compliments, it has been fun working on the truck. I did a few things that weren't planned on but, you should do them while you have the chance because you don't want to do it latter.
