Two goofs already have it bid up to almost $4500 but I have a feeling they might be bogus bidders.
Haha, come on Bob, not your cup of tea? haha. I bet you those wheels arn't even on the truck, they are just laying against it and the truck is just sunk into the ground. I would only buy that thing for parts. But I would never pay more then a grand for it.
That the thing with the RatRod movement, those guys can take any nice ride and ruin it in a hurry making it worthless. That is why there are so many for sale real cheap. Even the ratters don't like them after they build them. Some guys think a ground drop and a 12 pack of black primer to cover all the poor planning and welding on the ride is going to appeal to somebody. RatRod is just another way to say " I aint got no money or taste or skills" I wish they would stick to 1/24 scale models so we could all be safer and the old iron could be saved.

Yup, the tow truck is fine. I like them alot. I just popped on the wrong link and went off on that fugly Ratrod and did not even see the towtruck. My bad!!! Me so sorry guys.
I would sure like a 3/4 tonner with the rounded side rails on the bed. I recall them from the 50's and most had the geared down hand cranked winch. (like the green 50 in Bob's website)
The F-6 is too cool, drive it to a show/swap meet and drag one back home with you. Now that's the way to plan ahead. "Well honey, it's not my fault, it followed me home," it could happen.
