Yes sir
Got it from napa for $28 and the part number is 41639 (4in pipe, 45 degree bend, male/female ends)
It would be easier w/2 female ends becuase the male end just barely (and I mean BARELY) fits into the plastic intake going towards the turbo. Also 4in clamps didnt work for me, I had to go up one size.
You got that hose to fit over the female end? Dang. Isn't that hose 4"?
I just wacked the female end off w/a chop saw.
Glad to see ya got it breathin' You should really be able to hear the turbo sing it's sweet song.
Rog
lol yep.. just BARELY
It is a 4in hose but if I had done it the "right" way I would have had to wait for napa to ship me the correct pipe part from calif... and I wanted my instant gratification so I decided to "finesse" everything into place
I would have hacked off the end but I am still in college and dont have a lot of money for power tools so I was forced to improvise lol
I haven't turned the radio on since I did the mod, its more fun to listen to the turbos beautiful song. The truck has a lot more get up and go too.
I figure after I get a new turbo down pipe (my next mod) I should be in pretty good shape
Did mine a couple weeks ago. Searched for two days for that type of 4 inch pipe. I did check Napa but they were out of stock. Local International did not have anything but they were nice enough to call a local truck stop on the freeway and they had exactly what I wanted.
Don't know who makes it but the number on the invoice is RKR-L400-45NE ELBOW. Their list price was $30.66 but I got it for $25.55 .. probably because International sent me. I didn't ask questions. The ends were both male but it was way to long so had to chop off about 7 inches on each end.
Picture of it installed is in my gallery. Hope this helps someone else in their search as the muffler shops are really expensive on this 4 inch stuff.
