under hood generator
OK...
so i just bought a Onan generator, the OEM one that mounts under the hood of the truck. I am trying to find someone who has one in there truck so i can see how it works. so if someone out there has pictures or can get pictures (not the catlog one i have that picture) i would LOVE it!!!

yeah i got that one what i need to see is how the iner apron is different so i can see how to cut mine to get my new generator to fit uner the hood, i think dennis you or someone you had a disscution with a few years back tried to put one in and couldnt with the normal fender apron. and the power pack fender aprons are not avalibe any where. this should make it more fun

i dont plan on using it much, i really just wanted it to have it and to say that i have it, i really enjoy learing and talking with others about really rare options, like my crew cab long bed with stock buckets or the bed side tool box that is going to be put in her soon. and now i have this generator. but when i go camping it will be nice to be able to run somethings when needed, plus all of my power tools came from the 60s or 70s, got them from my grandpa.

C7TZ-16055-C .. Left Fender Apron / 1967/72 F100/350 without Power Pack.
I did an online search of 3 NOS obsolete parts websites (Green Sales, Dennis Carpenter, Classic Auto Parts), and phoned a 4th (Dale King obsolete Ford parts).
Found three C7TZ-16055-C's (Green Sales), no C9TZ-16055-A's anywhere.

JPG is fine, i need as many as i can get. i dont know what i have yet, it is still in Canada where i am buying it form. i found it in the Swap Meet section for these trucks. i dont think i have the braket it sat on (from the frame to the gen), i need pictures so that i can fab my fender apron to fit the gen.
