There is another site, with a tech section that has pictures of the generator and the inner fender and some background details.
There seems to be an old Controversy, and that site Must Not Be Mentioned here
Google the string '1967-1972 ford trucks" and it ought to be close to the top of the first page.
I don't want to step on any toes, I just want to Fortify your knowledge of Fords....

There's a diagram of the entire installation of the Onan generator (Ford called it the "Power Pak") shown in the 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog / Engine Illustration Section 60.7 / Page 18.

no as good as i was hopping, a few things happened, the guy i had lined up to build the mount no longer works where he can do it, and we had a lil quake and it feel and a few little things broke on it, so i am shopping for a place to take it in and see if they can get it up and running.

Brady you can try your local Cummins dealer as some of the parts are still available from them and they can repair them to.

i was thinking that or there is a RV dealer that works on Onan gens, but i just need to find time to get out there.

the intake manifold part of the carb broke. and so did some of the outer cassing where the "brushes" ride along the shaft....and the starter doesnt work (didnt when i bought it) i also need to build the mounting plate and the iner fender. i have all the mesurments and stuff just need to get it done....(oh your the that gave them to me)

Cummins was the actual manufacturer of these Generators. They are more likely to have parts I would think!

Hey number dummy, how about a "link" to this page? You know, the one where you say there is a complete diagram? I tried to find this with the hot linked words in your description and headed out into cyberspace on a trip......I am lucky to be able to turn this computer on let alone try to do much with it.... Your help would be appreciated.

Welcome to FTE

inre to post #20:

There is no link, because the illustration is in the 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog.

AFAIK, this catalog is not available online.

You can buy a copy of this catalog on a CD from hipoparts.com.

Or...your local UT dealer may still have this catalog, so you can go there and look.

I wouldn't be surprised if Larry Miller Ford in SLC has the catalog, ditto for the dealer in Brigham City.

Thanks for the reply and the information. I was confused by the words that became links on the site. Being new here gives me a lot to learn. I will check into your leads. Thanks again!
