Since you guys are all abuzz about transfer cases,I have a problem with my 96 Exploder.It drives fine in both 2 and 4WD under power but when you let of the throttle and coast or come down a hill it sounds like a ratchet.I can't tell if is tranny or TC.

I havent had time to do anything with it yet my 68 f250 takes up most of my free time thanks for asking I'll get to it soon and probobly have more questions.
