I've made a spark plug appointment...
Went to my Ford Dealer yesterday, whom I have a lot of faith in, and sat down for 45 minutes with the service manager and the technical service manager both of whom will be overseeing my f250s plug change. They were upfront and knowledgeable. My 2002 f250 5.4 only has 60,000km (Canadian) or about 35,000 miles. The owners manual says I can go 100,000 km...not miles! or 60 months and their initial recommendation was to leave them. By the end of the conversation they were thinking my way which was I want them out and replaced, properly torqued with new cop boots. For $300 it's worth the peace of mind. Thanks to everybody in these forums for the education and insight...it helped a lot when sitting down with the dealer. I'll let you all know how the operation went.
