What effects MPG?

aaaa," PA Pike"? As in turnpike, tolls? Stop and go? That'll kill it in a heartbeat. My daily commute one way is 8 miles of dirt, 21 miles of highway, but a couple of stop and go's, that's where the mpg tanks. If I only measure the trip, starting at warming up, I look at 13.5 mpg......
