POWER STEERING problem

Alright, busted a u-turn today and after that my power steering went out..... then it came back as i accelerated, slowed down it went away again. after i accelerated again it went away and stayed away till i got off work. tryed to turn out on the road and forgot about my problem, didnt hit anyone but sure did scare me. anyways the problem came and and went away as it did before. dad thinks its either just low on fuild so we added some, but also thinks there might be some aire in the line.
any suggestions?

Any leaks? could be the pump or a hose

no leaks , well atleast no leaks makeing it to the ground. although when my cps went out awhile back we had a b*tch of a time pushing it and turing it and i lost some fuild then.
