It has the same "mechanics", but different exhaust housing (1.15 AR) because the vans don't have an intercooler or wastegate. It was designed for that application, but is a bit of an upgrade to our trucks because it can handle higher boost numbers (30-35psi, IIRC).
It seems to have pretty much all you need. It also looks like it has a 1.0 housing. I saw a blank pedestal and the unit looks like it is going to be non wastegated and non EBV setup.
It bolts right in place, but I think you have to do something on the outlet. Like get a non-ebpv outlet to bolt on. The stock ebpv outlet will not bolt up, but I read somewhere that you can have it welded on if you really want to keep it (I think it was Brandon's -- bdrummonds thread). I didn't look at the ad, so I don't know what it comes with. Mike says it has all you need, so you'll probably be in good shape...
