Data link connector under dash?

Hey everyone...
Put an electric trailer brake controller in my truck recently and noticed something new to me... A second data link connector on the left side of the dash in my 2000 Expedition 4x4. Looks like the old OBDI connectors but the cover says SVO/suspension. My truck doesn't have the air suspension so what is this connecter for? Just curious, dont like to not know things about my vehicles.
