Look under your 'user cp' to see if you have any. If someone likes what you said or you like what someone else says, click the scales in the upper right of the title bar and you can give them approval, and leave a comment if you like. Bad points are reserved for something REALLY bad, but you can give those as well by clicking the red triangle.
