tension pulley ??
had to replace mine tonight...when i took it apart and got it out from under the hood.. i ended up with a small o ring the size of the bolt in my hand...was this just a lucky find?? or is there a purpose for it?? thanks guy's

Matt's right. It's not necessary for reinstallation. Probably necessary in the assembly from the factory, with the tensioner coming ready to install and the bolt being held in place by that o-ring.
