Nominations Only - No Chats

This thread is for the nominations of Chapter Leader and Treasurer/Secretary of the Maryland Chapter.

Please refrain from chats. Discussions can take place in a place of your choosing. Make a new thread, preferably. However, if you wish to remove yourself (decline a nomination), this would be the thread to do that.

Nominations are open from NOW until Sunday night (midnight), March 23, 2008.

Elections will be at the next scheduled Maryland Meeting (GTG) to be announced.

Thank you

I said way back when that I would NOT accept nomination for any position. Sorry, I decline the nomination. I will however help out most any other way.

I thank you JR for the nomination but I will have to decline.
I would prefer to stick around and gain a little more knowledge
about how things work internally I guess on a national level,
the do's and do nots.
I know it says I've been a member since 2004 that doesn't
mean I've been here that long.
I am very happy to stay Little Grasshopper and learn from my peers.
As Bud said I am more than happy to help out when and wherever I can.

With all that said, I nominate TB to a second term.
What say Ye All?

I send the nomination of Paul,Flathead98HP
for Secretary/Treasurer

After careful and rather exhausting thought, I have decided to recant my decision and announce the I will accept the former nominations for chapter leader.
I Still would like to nominate Paul Flathead98HP for secretary and if I can Bud as assistant Chapter Leader.

Thanks everyone,
I assure you I will do the best job I can to see this chapter grow even bigger and better. With everyones help it can happen, we proved it last night.

it looks like nominations are as follows: Chapter Leader, myself, Dave, and Chris

remember, vote to vote in the elections everyone!!! I will make up some ballots, also bring along the revised rules as I have them written from the last meet so we can talk them over and decide if further changes are needed, I will also create a bank account and donate $100 to the chapter account, and it will be accesible by the chapter leader and secretary and/or treasurer
