How much HP, and tweakin

this is kind of an extension to a previous post, and one of mine. i know the stock 400's have around 160 hp. well, mine is healthy, and it has a Holley 4barrel, i think 650CFM, edelbrock performer intake, not sure of anything after that not sure what else the guy did before me. how much would it be there, and what about after a set of headers? and i had previously asked about some timing stuff, well, can i get some more umph by, just changing the timing without buying anything new?

get a timing chain with 0 degree (straight up).The stock one are retard 4 degree.

If you get a timing chain, i would get a roller with a .220 roller, you won't need a .250 roller. Headers are always a good idea if power is in mind and the more mods you do the more you will get out of the headers and other pieces.
