Lets say you are leaving from the bar or restaurant and you know you may not be ah, um , lets say ready to operate heavy equipment. And lets say you get pulled over. Now you may be on the fence weather you will blow a .08 or more.

What would happen if you rolled up your window, pulled a NEW bottle of your favorite beverage out from under the seat in plain view of the official. Showed your license through the window cracked the seal and chugged the whole pint. Now providing you had the keys out of the ignition, and the officer saw it was a closed bottle, could you be reasonably be charged with DWI or DUI? The test would not be accurate and you were not in control of the vehical when you drank.

any thoughts?
Go to jail, don't pass GO.

ONce they haul your drunk azz butt in, they make you blow again...this is usually 30 minute-plus later...if you refuse, you're cited.

Least thats how my grand old State did back when I was so freaking stupid to drive while intoxicated, and not only endanger my life, but all those innocent kids, families and just plain old folks, in the other lane.

Grow up and get a freaking taxi ride home.

3Mike6, Just to give you a heads up, Marty is quite grown up. This is something that he had thought of and threw it out as a topic. Not to be told to grow up. Marty does have the brains to call someone if he needs a ride. A majority of the time he is with people that do not drink. Such as his wife at this time due to having a new born.

In other words, pull **** off head before posting.

That's a debatable point...........I know many people well beyond their teens that should be told to grow up on a regular basis.

I think more accurately, one would wish to not be told to grow up, but you have to admit there are a LOT of adults out there that haven't.

I understand what Marty was doing but to the outside it looked like a poor attempt at a college paper

I will have to tell my uncle not to use the over priced pompus **** lawyer his friend used.

To old to know better but still young enough to not care. But that's my personal opinion and you know about opinions.

If this is just about "proof" then why not just look at the bottle you are drinking from and read what the "proof" is? Gosh.

Well, You cannot always trust Labels! Sometimes you need to test the contents for a true analysis
