New wheels and tires sure change a look!

The tires are 265/75 16's on 8" rims. I wanted to keep the same overall diameter but go wider and these were it within a tenth of an inch.
The wrecker was hauled for a friend.
At first I thought todays load was going to be lighter than the wrecker but I thought wrong.
EDIT - Thaw = when the snow melts. Or in other words, when everything is MUDDY!

Ya, heavier pin weight than what I would have been happy with but performed well.
I could sure use a downpipe and a chip. I was almost able to keep it at 70 in OD with the cruise on but relented to 65mph without OD.
Darn 3.55 gears.
90 mile return trip.

I don't tow often and a load like this is somewhat rare for me.
I have the open 6637 air filter and a cat delete and I've noticed a towing improvement. When I towed the wrecker OD wasn't an option and I was stuck at 63mph. This job came up quick or I would have had a downpipe on it beforehand. Gauges are in my future, too, if I don't sell the truck first.
