Even if you find such an offering, I'll wager replacing the seats will be E-X-P-E-N-S-I-V-E. Look for a seat heater kit (pads that inserts into seat and back cushions).
Kids are tough. They can hack the cold Just get them a rear seat dvd player.
May not be the best answer, but how about the seat cushions units from like Brookstone or Sharper Image that have heat AND massage? Certainly would be cheaper and maybe if you are handy as an upholsterer, you can take the innards out of those and sew them under the fabric/leather in your current seats.
The leather is basically just a seat cover. No sewing involved to R&R. If you're really worried about the looks talk to a shop about that does auto interior work. You can buy the heater elements that go under the leather here http://www.heatedseatkits.com/overview.html
That's the exact same button and a very similar element I got from the other place. I don't know how well the cooling would work with leather seats. The main difference seems to be those folks sell through independent dealers.
Why not try to find a set of front seats in decent condition and swap out with the rears? Should work if you don't mind do a little wiring and maybe drilling to mount them. Then you could have 60/40 seats front and rear and with heaters.
I dont want them for the kids...just the honeys ridin in da back. (they cant all sit up front) They always complain..."why dont the rear seats have heaters"....my mom's blah blah has it! haha! Then my truck is inferior in this chics mind to her moms 3 series. hahahaha! I've thought about getting more front seat heater components and putting them in the back seats. Would it work?
