Well I just bought the "Banks Power Billet Torque Converter" and BD's Valve Body kit. I'll let you know how it works thanks again for all y'alls help!

I believe Elwood was referring to a tranny cooler. The stock one is not heavy enough. Just had my tranny replaced because of heat. I ordered a new HD cooler to go with my radiator and found that mine didn't run through the radiator, so I ordered another on from a V10. Much bigger than stock. I have them both running in series. Don't want to rebuild again.

I just bought a Banks TC and a BD Valve body, so that will be on my to do list. Thanks for all of y'alls help, i'll let you know how it goes.

Ended up getting the Stallion TC... I also installed a new Throttle position sensor, Bryan at BTS said that might be the problem. Once i did all this problem went a way so I'm not sure what the actual problem was.

I think it was the Throttle position sensor throwing a bad signal to the computer...
